Admin and Moderator Rules

Banning a person
To ban a person you have to provide the following details
Reason for banning him/her
If he/she double posted check the time of post and state in the reason for banning him/her
Provided that the time limit of double post is at least 3 min apart, you are not allowed to ban him/her
while you must warn him/her
If he/she double posted AGAIN in another forum,check his/her time, if its before the time you warned him/her or just few minutes in between, you're not allowed to ban him/her or warn him/her.
If he has stated that he is going off topic, you arent suppose to warn or ban him. eg.
Off topic:blablabla
Note: Double posting is allowed in the Spam forum.

Warning a person
Only warn a person by sending private mails, unless it is a small mistake, then you should tell him/her not to do that again, that is not called as a warning but just telling him/her.

Control your temper
This applies for some admins and mods, you are not supposed to lose your temper at any sight of flaming and insults directed at you or your friends.
If he/she crossed the line, give him/her a warning and forget about it.

Locking a topic
If you want to lock a topic, you must first consider the following details
A similar and older topic is already in the forum, if thats the case delete the newer thread.
Thread was spammed, delete the spam post only, if you find the thread useless, delete them
Only if the topic of the thread is over then you are allowed to lock it.

Editting people's post or deleting posts
If you are intending to edit an admin's post or delete it. Ask for his permission and reason.
Or this will lead to an admin quarrel.
You arent supposed to edit anyone's post at all.

Consequences
You might have your admin or moderator position removed if you break any of the rules above.

Do not remove warns
Do not remove the warns that i gave you
do not add your own warns either
